Commercial Lines insurance from AZ, AR, IN, MS, OK, & NM is underwritten and serviced in the Home Office in Indianapolis, IN. A full service branch office servicing agents and insureds in NC, TN & VA is maintained in Greensboro, NC. Agent Accounts and Financing are monitored in the Home Office. Claim Services are provided in Indianapolis and Greensboro.

  Our production and underwriting philosophy is based on risk selection and improvement. Our pricing philosophy is conservative but fair. We will not compete for business based solely on price. We do, however, recognize better than average risks through the application of Individual Risk Premium Modifications (IRPM) when and as permitted by state law. Commission Expense Modification will also be applied to individual risks when an agent requests that we do so and when permitted by state law.
